Accomplish Legal Management's objectives by planning, supervising, controlling and supporting all activities in the department

Liaise with external counsel for legal recommendations and guidance

Develop confidentiality and master service agreements, vendor agreements, agent agreements, and others including internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures

Draft, review and provide comments on any legal contracts / documents

Draft, review and provide comments on any new and reinvented financial products

Provide consultation to all BUs to ensure policies and processes align with personal protection law Maintain records of all data processing activities carried out by the company

Serve as the point of contact between the company and the data protection authorities

Keep up with relevant laws and regulations and report useful information to relevant functions

Create strong Legal Consultant and Data Protection team by developing and coaching them to improve their performance and careers

Complete other duties which were assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in law.

At least 13 years+ in Legal in Bank or Financial Institutions.

Good in both written and spoken in English.

Good communication and presentation skills, including ability to interface with executive management

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Proactive working style, Can do attitude, problem solving, enjoy facing new challenges, and Team work player.

Excellent analytic skills, strong communication, and presentation skill will be advantage.
