We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain to lead end-to-end logistics operations and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping supply chain strategy, optimizing processes, enhancing service quality, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall operations and supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, distribution, Freight and inventory management to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service levels, and operational performance.
- Lead large, cross-functional teams and strengthen organizational capabilities through coaching and leadership development.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Implement technology and digital solutions to improve supply chain visibility and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- Experience in transformation, process improvement, or automation is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai
