Job Description

Industry: Industrial Fuel | Alternative & CarbonBased Energy | Heavy ManufacturingEmployment Type: Full-Time | Executive LeadershipKey Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies for alternative industrial fuels and carbonbased fuel solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale highperforming sales teams with clear KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Build longterm account strategies for top industrial clients across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify new market opportunities within cement plants, pulp & paper mills, steel factories, chemical plants, and other energyintensive industries.
  • Drive penetration of alternative fuels by presenting valuedriven solutions related to cost reduction, operational efficiency, and ESG alignment.
  • Oversee partnerships with distributors, logistics providers, and industrial stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and multiyear supply agreements with enterpriselevel clients.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and fuel production teams to ensure reliable delivery and service performance.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and sustainability policies affecting industrial fuel demand.
  • Represent the company to Csuite executives, technical directors, procurement heads, and plant leadership teams.
  • Strengthen relationships with regulators, environmental agencies, and industry associations to support business positioning.

The Successful Applicant


Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in industrial fuel, energy solutions, chemical products, or heavyindustry supply.
  • Proven leadership in managing and scaling sales teams in B2B industrial markets.
  • Strong network within cement, pulp & paper, steel, petrochemical, food processing, or related manufacturing sectors.
  • Deep understanding of industrial combustion practices, alternative fuel technologies, and decarbonization trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience closing multimillionUSD industrial supply contracts.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical capability, and executive presence.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, plants, and regional partners.
