VP / Senior Head of Manufacturing (Beverage Industry)
We are seeking a transformational manufacturing leader to take on a critical executive role overseeing large-scale beverage operations. This position will lead end-to-end manufacturing across both beverage processing and packaging plants, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and long-term capability building.
With responsibility for approximately 700 employees, this role requires a strong people leader who can inspire high-performance teams while delivering world-class manufacturing standards and executing strategic transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Leadership & Operations
- Lead overall manufacturing operations across beverage processing and packaging plants, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved
- Oversee daily plant performance while driving continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Strategic Manufacturing & Transformation
- Define and execute manufacturing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including capacity expansion, automation, and digitalization projects
- Drive Manufacturing Excellence programs across all plants
People Leadership & Organization Development
- Lead and develop a large workforce of approximately 700 employees, including multiple layers of management
- Drive employee engagement and capability development across manufacturing teams
Operational Excellence & Performance Management
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, quality, service level, and cost
- Drive improvements in OEE, yield, and operational efficiency
- Ensure effective resource planning, cost control, and budget management
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain, quality, engineering, and commercial teams to align production with business needs
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, with significant leadership experience in the beverage industry
- Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing operations (multi-plant, complex environment)
- Experience leading strategic manufacturing projects (e.g., plant expansion, automation, transformation initiatives)
- Strong leadership and people management experience, ideally managing large teams (500+ employees)
- Good command of Thai and English
