Join our Animal Health team in Thailand as VTS Manager and support Vaccination Technology and Services across the country. In this role, you will help preserve vaccination quality, maintain equipment readiness, troubleshoot VTS equipment, conduct hatchery audits, and guide customers in applying BI vaccination procedures. This position requires regular customer-site visits and close collaboration with Technical, Sales, and local VTS teams.

- Preserve vaccination quality through regular customer-site visits, audits, and field reports
- Provide equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, improvement feedback, and customer guidance in collaboration with local teams
Tasks & responsibilities
Support safe, reliable vaccination operations and ensure VTS equipment and services meet customer and BI standards.
- Visit customer sites regularly to monitor vaccination quality, equipment use, and compliance with BI vaccination procedures
- Document findings in comprehensive field-visit reports and guide customer staff on corrective actions and next steps
- Conduct hatchery audits and troubleshoot VTS equipment at customer sites to identify vulnerabilities and preventive actions
- Consult with the local VTS team and provide feedback to improve equipment capability and performance
- Prepare VTS equipment for demonstrations and support in-house training conducted through the VTS Competence Center
- Maintain, clean, organize, and keep VTS equipment ready for safe and effective use
Requirements
Bring practical technical expertise, customer-facing capability, and a disciplined approach to equipment and vaccination-quality support.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field
- Experience or field of study in the animal or agriculture industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of logistics and experience handling veterinary equipment and biological samples
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatic logic, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving, reporting, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to work across BI functions
- Able to travel independently to customer sites and work collaboratively with Technical, Sales, and VTS teams while following customer biosecurity and quarantine requirements
