Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ayutthaya for a Wafer Processing and Die Sale Team Leader. The role involves overseeing daily team operations, ensuring the efficiency of wafer processing and die sales workflows, and maintaining high production quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating with cross-functional departments, ensuring adherence to timelines, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes. The Team Leader will also be responsible for analyzing data, preparing performance reports, and driving overall team success.

Qualifications

• Experience in wafer processing and die sales operations, with in-depth technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and processes
• Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a diverse team towards achieving organizational goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to enhance workflow efficiency and resolve process challenges
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of quality standards, safety protocols, and process optimization in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation
