The Waitress is responsible for providing a warm, genuine, and personalized dining experience to every guest. This role delivers exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with NH Collection Brand Standards while ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue opportunities through attentive service and upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, recommend menu items, and promote daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and service areas to the highest standards.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Comply with hotel policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic spoken English is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
