Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily transactions and alerts using risk management tools (e.g., RiskNet) to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Validate flagged transactions by coordinating with issuing banks and stakeholders
- Take appropriate actions such as holding or releasing funds based on risk evaluation
- Ensure merchant compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with investigation and fraud teams for case resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of risk activities and outcomes
- Educate merchants on fraud prevention practices and risk policies
- Adhere to SLAs and ensure timely resolution of alerts and queues
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic understanding of fraud and risk operations (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools
- Flexibility to work in shifts and dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in risk, fraud, payments, or financial services operations

- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
