  • Designation: Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily transactions and alerts using risk management tools (e.g., RiskNet) to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Validate flagged transactions by coordinating with issuing banks and stakeholders
  • Take appropriate actions such as holding or releasing funds based on risk evaluation
  • Ensure merchant compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual obligations
  • Collaborate with investigation and fraud teams for case resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of risk activities and outcomes
  • Educate merchants on fraud prevention practices and risk policies
  • Adhere to SLAs and ensure timely resolution of alerts and queues

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Basic understanding of fraud and risk operations (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in risk, fraud, payments, or financial services operations

Documents to Carry:

  • Carry a printout your updated resume.
  • Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
  • All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

Mandatory to carry:

  • Smartphone with good front camera, charger and Headset for Assessment, Government ID proof Hardcopy.

Pointers to note:

  • Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.
  • Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance
