TCS is Hiring for Salesforce Technical Lead

Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience Range: 5-13 yrs

Location: Bangalore

Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10th, 12th and Graduation)

Job Description:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes, Lightning components, Flows, and integrations.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Support automation testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools.
