Distribution Operations Manager (Warehouse Manager)
Location: Rayong, Thailand (Asia Distribution Center)

About the Role
Ready to lead a world-class logistics hub As our Distribution Operations Manager, you will run the show at Hach's Asia Distribution Center (ADC) in Rayong. This is a high-mix, fast-paced manufacturing and distribution hub serving global customers.
You will lead a talented team of 20+ associates, oversee a complex SKU portfolio (including hazardous materials), and drive operational excellence using Lean/Kaizen principles.
What You'll Do
- Coach and inspire a high-performing team of 20+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse functions—receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and global shipping.
- Maintain a strict safety-first culture (5S/EHS). Ensure total compliance with Thai Free Zone, hazardous materials handling, and international shipping standards (IATA, IMDG, DOT).
- Use Lean tools (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management) to eliminate waste, improve inventory accuracy, and hit SQDIP targets.
- Partner closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Customer Service, and 3PL providers to ensure seamless end-to-end value stream integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/logistics management—ideally within a manufacturing environment handling complex SKU portfolios and chemicals.
- Proven track record managing hazardous goods, trade/customs compliance, and global export logistics (IMDG/IATA).
- Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and develop operational teams of 20 or more members.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Be able to work in Amata City Rayong area
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion).
- Experience managing 3PL vendors and performance.
- Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
- Familiarity with ISO or GHS frameworks.
