As a Warehouse & Yard Specialist you will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities. These processes include receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, accuracy and the delivery of inventory/equipment to internal and external customers.
As a Warehouse & Yard Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Optimizing workflow, warehouse or yard layout efficiency Lean
Liaising with AMO/Manufacturing/Service Delivery/Logistics/Quality as needed to ensure on time delivery and shipments
Performing data entry into respective systems timely & accurately
Delivering as outlined in local service level agreement this includes working in the yard on a forklift.
Executing 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) plan
Performing physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API) and performing SAP transaction for material movements
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have diploma or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.
Have 5 years or more experience in warehousing / supply chain in oil & gas, oilfield services industry.
Have proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
Have proficiency in SAP system.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Have ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
Be able to achieve and maintain competency Assessments as required
