Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibility

• Manage inventory and supply chain activities.
• Receive, inspect, label, store, and organise incoming goods.
• Handle loading, unloading, picking, packing, and stock transfers.
• Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and stock movement documentation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and monitor product codes.
• Purchase required inventory items when needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack and forklift.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Support process improvements initiatives.
• Perform others duties assigned by management.

Requirement

• Minimum Primary / Secondary / O Level qualification.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Responsible, proactive, and positive work attitude.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling.
• Forklift driving license is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
