1) Receivingand Inspecting of Goods
- To verify the quantity of goods, inspect for damages and report discrepancies.
- To ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
2) InventoryManagement
- To tidy and organise all inventory and maintain accurate records for accurate monitoring
- To conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
3) Orderfulfilment
- To retrieve and pack shipment orders according to delivery schedules, and coordinate with inter-departments for deliveries and pickups.
4) WarehouseOrganization
- To ensure inventory are well organised and stored at stipulated locations so as to achieve and maintain warehouse 5S standard.
5) GeneralSupport
- To initiate and collaborate on work improvements projects to improve processes and work environment.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistic/Supply Chain or related
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions.
- Physically fit to handle light to moderate lifting.
- Knowledge of ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage but not required.
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not required.
