About the job

In this role, you will oversee endtoend logistics operations, warehouse management, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure that all logistics and warehouse activities run efficiently, accurately, and costeffectively.

What You'll Do

Logistics Management

• Lead daily transport operations, delivery monitoring, and 3PL performance
• Resolve issues related to delivery, returns, swaps, and claims

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, allocation, storage, and dispatch
• Lead warehouse teams to meet productivity and safety standards

Reporting & Performance

• Prepare logistics KPI reports, NGSI performance, and inventory tracking
• Analyze operational data and implement improvements

Cost Optimization

• Drive logistics and warehouse costsaving initiatives
• Ensure accurate tariff verification, billing, and accrual reporting

Process & System Improvement

• Lead operational improvement projects and SOP enhancements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Partner with SCM, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and 3PLs
• Support leadership in strategic logistics planning

What you must have

• Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 58 years of experience in logistics/warehouse management
• Strong leadership and peoplemanagement skills
• Experienced in 3PL coordination, transportation, and warehouse operations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel required)
• Knowledge of logistics systems (LX, WMS, etc.)
• Good communication skill both Thai and English.
