Warehouse Maintenance Manager

MR. D.I.Y. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our warehouse facilities and infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring building systems, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse facilities, utilities, and equipment
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ensure warehouse building readiness and operational continuity
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Control maintenance budget, spare parts, and procurement planning
• Lead maintenance team performance, scheduling, and development
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations
• Support warehouse expansion, renovation, and new project setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, facility, or warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of building systems and utilities
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills
• Fluent English is required.
