รับผิดชอบงานบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory Management) การเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าภายในคลัง การจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน Operation ของคลังสินค้าและฝ่ายขายให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ถูกต้อง และทันเวลา
Responsible for inventory management, stock movement within the warehouse, preparation of related reports, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support warehouse and sales operations effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner.
What you'll do
1. งานด้านรายงานและข้อมูล (Reporting & Data Management)
- จัดทำ Report Inventory Aging เพื่อวิเคราะห์อายุสินค้าคงคลัง / Prepare Inventory Aging Report for stock age analysis
- จัดทำ Report NSGI ทุกวันอังคาร / Prepare NSGI Report every Tuesday
- ดึงข้อมูล Model Master จากระบบเพื่อใช้ในการอ้างอิงและตรวจสอบ / Extract Model Master data from the system for reference and verification
- ดึงข้อมูล Serial Number (S/N) เพื่อสนับสนุนงานฝ่ายขาย / Extract Serial Number (S/N) data to support the sales team
2. งานบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory & Stock Operations)
- ย้าย Sub Inventory สำหรับงาน Other Out / Transfer Sub Inventory for Other Out transactions
- Support งาน Transfer สำหรับงาน Other Out, Subscription, OBS และ MCL / Support Transfer transactions for Other Out, Subscription, OBS, and MCL
- ดำเนินงาน Process Scrap และดูแลงานประมูลขายซาก Scrap / Execute Scrap Process and manage scrap auction sales
- ดำเนินงาน Process Grade C สำหรับสินค้าที่ไม่ผ่านมาตรฐาน / Execute Grade C Process for non-standard products
3. งานประสานงาน (Coordination)
- ประสานงานกับ Load Planner เพื่อจัดหารถสำหรับงาน Transfer รับกล่องจากโรงงาน และงานย้าย MCL / Coordinate with Load Planner to arrange trucks for Transfer, box collection from the factory, and MCL transfers
- ประสานงานขอกล่อง Box Damage / Coordinate the request of Box Damage replacements
- Support ทีม Inventory และ Load Planner ของ Pantos รวมถึงช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาด้านงาน Operation ต่าง ๆ / Support Pantos Inventory and Load Planner teams, including resolving operational issues
What you must have
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาโลจิสติกส์ Supply Chain บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง / Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Warehouse Management หรือ Inventory Control 1–3 ปี / 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Inventory Control
- สามารถใช้ระบบ ERP (SAP / Oracle) ในงาน Inventory Transaction ได้ / Proficient in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) for inventory transactions
- ใช้งาน MS Excel ระดับดี (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Filter) / Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Filter)
- เข้าใจกระบวนการ Inbound Outbound Transfer และ Stock Adjustment / Understanding of Inbound, Outbound, Transfer, and Stock Adjustment processes
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสื่อสารได้ในงาน (อ่าน เขียน อีเมล) / Working-level English (reading, writing, email correspondence)
