They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control, space utilization, and material flow to support production. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, implementing warehouse strategies aligned with plant objectives, and ensuring a safe and high-performing work environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and planning teams while demonstrating strong leadership and a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily warehouse operations for both raw materials and finished goods, including space planning, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive warehouse strategy aligned with overall manufacturing goals.
- Ensure accurate inventory management to support business decisions and optimize inventory turnover.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, including truck loading/unloading, order verification, and proper product identification in accordance with company procedures.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to promote a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment while maintaining product quality and on-time delivery.
- Plan and optimize storage space to ensure product safety, preserve quality, and prevent material mix-ups.
- Drive process improvements and enhance equipment efficiency to minimize losses and meet customer requirements.
- Monitor inventory data and prepare cost reports, budgets, and expense analyses to support effective warehouse management and cross-functional operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Over 10 years of management experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry .
- Strong knowledge of Material Management, SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
- Hands-on approach with the willingness to work directly on the production floor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good command of English and Thai
