Warehouse Operations & Management:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management, receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize efficiency.
Inventory & Logistics Control:
Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Work with logistics providers to optimize transportation costs and delivery schedules.
Team Leadership & Safety Compliance:
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to enhance productivity and teamwork.
Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
Maintain accurate reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with management to set performance goals and monitor key metrics.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Personal Attributes:
- Forklift certification or experience in equipment handling.
Experience in managing automated warehouse systems.
Time management, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
