Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Operations Management
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily warehouse operations to meet quality, quantity, and time requirements.
- Ensure accurate receiving, proper storage conditions, and on-time delivery to stores.
- Monitor compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Develop and implement policies to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing overstocking or stockouts.
- Manage and control warehouse operating expenses, storage costs, and inventory-related spending.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and ensure timely and accurate stock distribution to meet sales demands.
Space & Resource Utilization
- Optimize warehouse space and allocate resources efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement in operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Technology & Process Enhancement
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Introduce process improvements for accuracy, speed, and safety.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 57 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a retail, duty-free environment.
- Have knowledge of customs regulations, inventory control, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proven track record in cost control, process improvement, and space optimization.
- Good command of Thai and English
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational requirements
