Warehouse Manager

Job Requirements:

• Make out the Receiving and Warehouse Operation procedure.
• Monitor the whole Goods Receipt operation to ensure to meet up with customs policy requirement and trade comply.
• Manage the material in/out operation to ensure the material stock to be accuracy.
• Keep the material replenishment to meet up with production requirement.
• Build up the safety working environment.
• Lead the team to archive annual KPI and drive the team to grow fast and more success.
• Develop ERP function to catch up the Receiving and Warehouse business requirement.
• Monitor the Receiving and material center's operation to meet up the customer's requirement.
• Define the material information and process flow from in/out.
• Lead the team to define/complete annual KPI performance.
• Make out the annual expense budget based on AOP and ensure actual consumed within budget.
• Manage the material replenishment on time delivery to keep production running smoothly, put 1st priority action for the urgent shortage.
• Monitor the Cycle Count operation to ensure the stock accuracy
• Conduct the company's policy and labor's clause
• Lead the time to engage the company's core culture, continues Kaizen, QCC and Employee suggestion.
• Delivery the company's policy and job task to the team and feedback to the directly supervisor in time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics or related field.t
• Expertise in overall warehouse about 10+ years in manufacturing field.
• Over 5 years warehouse management experience of the electronic factory.
• Stronger leadership, organization and co-ordination ability.
• Logistics Management ability.
• Excellent in English communication.
• Able to travel aborad.
