To responsible for material supply planning, ensure supply plan meet production required no shortage no oversupply.

Job Responsibilities
Material planning for Raw material and packaging material
- Responsible for the material planning to support daily production.
- Responsible for the material planning to support NPD and promotion.
- Work with supply planning and material storage to schedule the materials to support production.
- Ensure material supply capacity by work closely with supplier on safety stock and provide weekly forecast.
- Coordinate with shipping for custom process of import materials.
- Coordinate with material storage and plant finance to process the duty for imported material.
Productivity
- Work with supply planning, WH, procurement and suppliers to execute the productivity as plan.
New product launch and promotion
- Coordinate with Marketing and Suppliers develop AW.
- Coordinate with Procurement team to understand supplier's readiness on time.
- Request / Maintain material code in SAP.
- Work on the phasing plan of new material with suppliers.
PO
- Issue/maintain the purchase order.
- Review outstanding POs on quarterly basis.
Supplier Performance Monitoring
Work with Procurement to monitor supplier performance and feedback to supplier for corrective action.
- Comply with all Food Safety and HSE requirements and fully cooperate with all audit activities related to warehouse operations.
- Participate in all activities to support the achievement of goals and programs related to Food Safety, HSE, and plant requirements.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Material requirement planning
- Good communication skills
- High responsibility and dedication and focus on quality and timely delivery
- Ability and flexibility to multitask and deal with different function
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
