Develop and implement standardized operational processes across warehouse and distribution center operations.
Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and operational standards to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Conduct feasibility studies for warehouse automation and technology implementation, such as Conveyor Systems, ASRS, WMS, Sorting Systems, and other automated solutions.
Lead and support warehouse automation and process improvement projects from planning through implementation.
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, IT, Engineering, and external vendors to improve warehouse processes and system capabilities.
Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs, including Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, Lead Time, SLA, and Space Utilization.
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and support Lean operations within the Distribution Center.
Provide recommendations and lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance overall warehouse performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Distribution Center, or Logistics Operations.
Proven experience in Process Improvement, Standardization, or Warehouse Optimization projects.
Experience in Warehouse Automation, WMS, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
Good project management, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
