Guarantee Operational Excellence and Customer Promise
Define, implement, and animate the operational framework for all fulfillment activities, including in-house fulfillment, ship-from-store operations, goods reception, and inventory management, ensuring alignment with national standards.
Lead a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality across all processes, from picking and packing to the seamless management of anomalies and customer returns.
Steer the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the fulfillment center through data-driven analysis of key metrics (e.g., Ship On-Time, On-Time Delivery, Ecommerce Acceleration <3D, Anomaly Rate, Shortage Rate).
Architect the physical and digital workflows of the fulfillment center, optimizing layout and packing methods to sustain peak performance.
Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery promise, proactively managing operational challenges and associated costs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive Omnichannel Integration and Strategic Contribution
Pilot the strategic allocation of man-hours and collaborate with store leadership to ensure omnichannel activities, including ship-from-store, are resourced for success.
Ensure the optimal management and availability of all operational resources, including consumables, by anticipating needs and overseeing procurement.
Serve as the key business owner for the order management system, ensuring its correct usage and liaising with IT relays to resolve all technical issues.
Animate the weekly and monthly sharing of all e-commerce results and insights with the digital leadership team to drive collective performance.
Drive the implementation of sustainable and eco-friendly fulfillment practices in alignment with the company&aposs green initiatives.
Actively contribute to the Ecommerce Operations network, collaborating to update and innovate standard operating procedures (SOPs).
QUALIFICATIONS
You have more than 5 years of experience relating to E-commerce Operations, Warehouse, Logistics.
Passionate and committed to users - Empathy, continuous self questioning, ability to learn
Ability to project and think beyond next quarter
Good communication and negotiation skills to work cross-functionally and manage multiple parties expectations, build relationships, persuade, and influence key partners
Adaptable, hands on and flexible in the field of a fast paced and changing environment because you manage your activity as an entrepreneur
Customer-centric with a strong Sense of Service and the willingness to make the best last mile experience
Have a mindset of cost-conscious and the ability to project and read my PnL
Strong negotiation with suppliers with the mindset of a winner and always questioning the market as company will always have the best last mile experience and cost for their users.
