Warehouse Planner Executive II

Reports to: Reporting to the Senior Warehouse and Senior Planning levels

Function: Global Supply Chain Management

Work Location/Site: Thailand

Role Overview

· Main responsibility is to control the logistics of manufacturing to the Global Distributor Center.

· Main monitoring finished goods inventory and update the loading plan

Duties and Responsibilities:

MIT's Sterile Scheduling :

· Establish an overview of MIT products output and sterilize scheduling of routine and engineering testing and information to Global Distributor & Manufacturing Planning.

· Coordinate with the Global distribution center to ensure we receive routine products and sample tests on schedule.

· Control and ensure the sterilization is completed on the program and all transportation is on plan.

·  Ensure all documents and MIT logistic processes are completed for all shipments, including sample testing.

· Coordinate with related departments to complete shipment plans.

· Control daily management in the scope of the Site warehouse (Lamphun plant) outbound logistic activity.

Client Planning:

·  Daily check finish good available inventory at GDC and send out a daily report via email to planning, demand planning, and GDC Team.

·  Daily update order fulfilment Analysis file by updating the forecast, sales orders, WIP, and finished goods, and Analize the back order & share the update by email to planning, demand planning & customer service team.

·  Daily update production planning Power BI master data.

Requirements:

Experience:

· At least 3-5 years or more of Warehouse & logistics, import & export, Planning and related field experience is required.

Skills/Accreditations:

· technically proficient and possess good planning and organization skills.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to examine reports and data to recommend improvements to procedures.

·     Computer literacy skills.

Academic Qualifications:

· Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Planning or related field.

Travel requirements:

· In exceptional cases
