Manpower, Pallet, and Consumables Management: Oversee resource allocation for both Business As Usual (BAU) operations and specific campaigns.
Volume Curve Analysis: Conduct analysis to optimize manpower planning and align resources with operational demands.
Coordination with Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate to assess and adjust manpower requirements based on operational needs.
Actual Manpower Reporting and Productivity Analysis: Generate reports to evaluate actual staffing levels and analyze productivity metrics.
Budgetary Cost Control: Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.
Productivity Tracking and Incentive Scheme Monitoring: Track productivity levels and manage incentive programs to drive performance.
Project Leadership: Lead initiatives in accordance with company directives related to resource management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management, logistic management is plus
Knowledge on Operational activity and limitation
Strong Analysis to deep dive in detail and hypothesis for root cause
Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
G- Strong Analysis skill
