Job Responsibilities:- Develop and improve warehouse safety management systems and operational safety procedures; provide recommendations based on on-site conditions.
- Understand and operate the Group's EHS system; prepare weekly reports on EHS operational indicators to monitor and alert any abnormal situations.
- Conduct specialized safety training for warehouse suppliers and monthly emergency drills; ensure process quality meets standards.
- Perform monthly overall site hazard inspections; evaluate the operation of EHS indicators and warehouse managers safety performance.
- Monitor EHS compliance for warehouse leasing; participate in safety inspections prior to warehouse opening.
- Participate in bidding and evaluation of warehouse suppliers; review supplier qualifications and safety management capabilities.
- Organize EHS culture activities in the warehouse, such as Safety Month and Fire Prevention Month.
- Collaborate with the government agencies and upstream business divisions to ensure warehouse EHS compliance.
Qualifications:- Minimum College/Diploma degree; safety-related or relevant fields preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or safety management is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Hold safety officer certification required by regulations and complete annual training.
- Strong communication skills, able to work under pressure, responsible, and team-oriented.
