Join Shopee Thailand's Warehouse Strategy & Projects team as Special Initiatives PMO. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects to to support the growth of fulfillment businesses. These projects will play a key role for fulfillment businesses to achieve competitive advantages and ensure healthy balance between demand and supply.
Job Description
- Lead the project management and cross-functional collaborations of key projects of fulfillment business (e.g. black stock clearance, speed initiatives launch or scaling, inventory migrations, adoption of key product features)
- Project planning and scope definition: define project objectives & deliverables, develop detailed project timelines & milestones, identify key moving parts
- PMO: drive the tracking, coordination, and follow up at every stage of the project
- Stakeholder coordination: collaborate closely with all related parties (e.g. Warehouse Operations, SPX, Commercial, Procurement) to align project objectives, facilitate regular alignment meetings, and ensure smooth implementation from all parties
- Resource management: identify resource requirements including manpower, equipment, system integration, budget etc.
- Risk management: identify potential risks, monitor project issues, and develop mitigation plans in a timely manner
- Performance monitoring: define project's KPI metrics, set up monitoring dashboard, provide detailed performance reports, and suggest continuous performance improvement recommendations
Requirements
- 3-6 years of work experience; prior experience in cross-functional projects management is preferred
- Strong projects management skills: able to lead complex projects, identify all the moving parts, plan the project timeline, and delegate tasks accordingly
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills: ensure alignment from all parties, ensure every party deliver within established timelines, and mediate when issues arise
- Strong problem solving skills: able to identify potential risks and develop actionable solutions
- Good command of English
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
