Responsibilities:
- Ensure operations are performed according to customer requirements and meet KPIs.
- Conduct daily morning meetings to communicate key information and concerns with the team.
- Manage daily operations to achieve productivity and service goals.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Train, evaluate, and develop warehouse staff to support growth and efficiency.
- Plan and allocate labor resources based on operational needs and priorities.
- Regularly review and improve warehouse processes for enhanced efficiency and profitability.
- Handle inventory management and ensure high inventory accuracy.
- Investigate customer complaints and report findings to management.
- Support Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) policies and sustainability initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/distribution or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Good understanding of warehousing operations, contract logistics (3PL), WMS/ERP systems, and GMP standards.
- Knowledge of Lean principles is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- Proficient in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
