The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage and distribution of raw material and goods. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, maintains inventory accuracy, and leads the warehouse team to meet KPI performance and quality standards that support business objectives.

What You Will Do
- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, train, and motivate warehouse operators to achieve productivity, KPI performance and quality standards that support business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts to assure accurate inventory and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock.
- Compliance & Safety, enforce company policies and safety standards: conduct safety audits in warehouse area, training and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements in warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Document control: Prepare, identify, record, verify, approved records and store-controlled documents to ensure compliance with quality standards, GDP (Good Document Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and other departments to support supply chain performance. Problem Resolution to address issues such as discrepancies, delays, and damage promptly and effectively.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or other related
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluency in both Thai & English.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (SAP) and inventory control.
- Effective communication, good command of written & spoken English skilled and computer literacy and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
