Process Optimization: Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows. Suggest data-driven improvements to streamline operations without compromising quality.
Execution & Change Management: Lead the rollout of new procedures. Draft clear, concise documentation and ensure all updates are integrated into the central knowledge base.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Warehouse Leads and Floor Supervisors to validate that SOPs are practical, realistic, and being followed on the ground.
Training & Mentorship: Develop and deliver training modules (visual aids, hands-on demos, or digital guides) for new hires and existing staff to ensure 100% compliance with updated standards.
Compliance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training and the adoption rate of revised SOPs.
Requirements
1+ years in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Process Improvement
Advanced knowledge of WMS logic (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Oracle) is essential.
Ability to translate complex technical processes into simple, actionable steps for a diverse workforce.
Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules without disrupting high-volume warehouse output.
