Position Description
- Promote the daily management of order Outbound in an orderly manner and coordinate the work among various departments in the warehouse;
- Formulate the whole warehouse work plan, summarize and analyze the department and business problems and solve them to ensure the orderly and efficient entry and exit of order packaging business;
3, actively implement 6s, do a good job in safety management, confirm safe and efficient production, no safety accidents;
- Follow up the post performance appraisal regularly and urge the achievement of KPI goals for all posts in the whole warehouse;
5, control, reduce the production of materials, labor and other costs, improve the timely delivery rate, reduce the rate of customer claims and other indicators;
6, assist colleagues to complete other work, complete other work arranged by the superior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above is preferred; At least 3 years warehouse management experience is preferred;
- Accumulation of similar knowledge in logistics management and warehouse management; Familiar with team management and motivation related knowledge; Familiar with target management and other professional knowledge;
