- Work Location: Client Office, at One Bangkok
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
About the Role:
This full-time Warranty Assessor role is an excellent opportunity to join the MSX International Limited team in Bangkok. As a Warranty Assessor for Aftersales Program, you will be responsible for processing and managing warranty and claims for one of our automotive clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Warranty assessment based on Client's rules and guidelines
- Warranty Administration and coordination
- Support warranty audit and assessment process
Who We're Looking For:
Experiences
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty claims management, automotive service, or a related field.
- Experience with automotive warranty systems, preferably SAP online systems, is a significant advantage
Skills and Knowledge background:
- Understanding of automotive warranty processes, terms, and conditions.
- Familiarity with SAP Warranty systems and claims management.
- Proficiency in monitoring, evaluating, and authorizing warranty claims based on specific guidelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Customer Service Orientation:
- Ability to handle inquiries from authorized dealers professionally and efficiently.
- Proven experience in addressing and resolving dealer and customer-related issues in a timely manner.
Additional Qualifications:
- Native Thailand permanent work rights only
- Bachelor's/Master degree in Automotive engineering or a relevant field
- Knowledge of Premium brand vehicles, systems, and warranty-related policies is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all warranty and claim matters.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent skills in MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
