Working pattern and location:

  • Join Date: Immediate
  • Work Location: Client Office, at One Bangkok
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

About the Role:

This full-time Warranty Assessor role is an excellent opportunity to join the MSX International Limited team in Bangkok. As a Warranty Assessor for Aftersales Program, you will be responsible for processing and managing warranty and claims for one of our automotive clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Warranty assessment based on Client's rules and guidelines
  • Warranty Administration and coordination
  • Support warranty audit and assessment process

Who We're Looking For:

Experiences

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty claims management, automotive service, or a related field.
  • Experience with automotive warranty systems, preferably SAP online systems, is a significant advantage

Skills and Knowledge background:

  • Understanding of automotive warranty processes, terms, and conditions.
  • Familiarity with SAP Warranty systems and claims management.
  • Proficiency in monitoring, evaluating, and authorizing warranty claims based on specific guidelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Customer Service Orientation:

  • Ability to handle inquiries from authorized dealers professionally and efficiently.
  • Proven experience in addressing and resolving dealer and customer-related issues in a timely manner.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Native Thailand permanent work rights only
  • Bachelor's/Master degree in Automotive engineering or a relevant field
  • Knowledge of Premium brand vehicles, systems, and warranty-related policies is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all warranty and claim matters.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent skills in MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
