Job Summary
The WB Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and corporate clients within the branch network. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying financial needs, and providing comprehensive banking solutions to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new high-net-worth individual and corporate clients for the branch, leveraging networking and referrals.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients within the assigned portfolio, understanding their financial objectives and evolving needs.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and propose suitable banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and other wealth management solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for various products and services, contributing to the branch's overall revenue growth.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure full compliance with UOB policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with product specialists, operations teams, and other internal departments to deliver seamless client service.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence to branch management.
- Participate in branch initiatives and promotional activities to enhance UOB's brand presence and client engagement.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of banking products, investment instruments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., investment consultant license) are a plus.
