Job Summary
The WB Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and managing strong client relationships within a UOB branch setting, focusing on growing the bank's wealth management business and achieving sales targets for a range of financial products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value individual and corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored wealth management solutions.
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach, to expand the bank's customer base.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients, recommending appropriate investment products, insurance, loans, and other banking services.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various products, including deposits, investments, bancassurance, and consumer loans.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position UOB's offerings.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments and specialists within the bank to deliver integrated financial solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client portfolio status, and market insights to management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on wealth management.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of relevant financial licenses/certifications (e.g., Investment Consultant License, Insurance Agent License) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English (both written and spoken).
