Job Description

Job Summary**

The WB Branch Relationship Manager at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within a branch setting, focusing on wealth management, financial planning, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Proactively acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and direct sales activities to expand the client base and increase assets under management (AUM).
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients, including investment planning, insurance, legacy planning, and other wealth management products and services.
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of investment products, including unit trusts, bonds, structured products, and foreign exchange, aligning with client risk profiles and financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and product performance to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reviews and performance reports to clients.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, relationship management, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a client portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning principles, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possession of relevant financial licenses (e.g., Investment Consultant License) is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
