Job Summary
The WB Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients within a UOB (Thai) branch. This role focuses on providing personalized financial solutions, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets for wealth management products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and direct engagement to expand the wealth management client base.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients and provide tailored advice on investment products, insurance, and other wealth management solutions offered by UOB (Thai).
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for various wealth management products, including but not limited to unit trusts, bonds, structured products, and bancassurance.
- Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial solutions and exceptional client service.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and product performance to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and business development activities.
- Participate in client events, seminars, and marketing activities to enhance client engagement and promote UOB (Thai)s wealth management offerings.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, relationship management, or sales within the banking or financial services industry, preferably dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, insurance, and wealth management concepts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Possession of relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., Investment Consultant License, Life Insurance Agent License) as required by local regulations.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong ethical conduct and a commitment to client best interests.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
