Job Title:** WB Branch Relationship Manager

Job Summary:**
The WB Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients within the UOB (Thai) wealth management branch network. This role focuses on understanding client financial needs, providing tailored wealth management solutions, and driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Proactively acquire and onboard new HNW and UHNW clients, expanding the bank's wealth management portfolio.
- Manage and cultivate an existing portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and their wealth goals are achieved.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and provide comprehensive wealth management advice, including investment products, insurance, and other financial solutions.
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans and investment strategies for clients, aligning with their risk appetite and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic and integrated client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust client strategies accordingly.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and present regular performance reviews and financial updates to clients, fostering transparency and trust.
- Participate in wealth management seminars, events, and networking activities to enhance UOB's brand presence and attract new clientele.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for wealth management products and services.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably with HNW/UHNW clients.
- Proven track record of success in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, bonds, equities), insurance, trust services, and other wealth management solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, economic principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Relevant licenses required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) in Thailand are mandatory.
