Job Description

Job Summary**

The WB Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, providing comprehensive financial solutions and fostering strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and recommend suitable banking, investment, and wealth management products and services.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice and proactively manage client portfolios.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the wealth management division.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and business development activities.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically with high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of various financial products including investments, insurance, and lending.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holder of relevant financial licenses/certifications (e.g., Investment Consultant license) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
