Job Description

Job Summary**

Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, providing comprehensive wealth management solutions and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Acquire, develop, and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families, ensuring consistent growth in assets under management (AUM) and revenue.
  • Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis to understand client objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Develop and implement tailored wealth management strategies, including investment products (e.g., unit trusts, bonds, equities), insurance, and other financial solutions offered by UOB.
  • Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, market trends, and economic outlooks.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell a wide range of banking products and services to meet clients evolving needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and client events.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, legal, and operations teams to deliver seamless client service.
  • Prepare and present client proposals, performance reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and financial market changes.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with sophisticated clients.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Holder of relevant financial licenses/certifications as required by the Bank of Thailand.
