Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients within the Wealth Banking segment, providing comprehensive financial solutions and building strong, long-term relationships.
Job Responsibilities**
- Acquire, develop, and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess changing financial situations and provide updated advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve individual sales targets for various wealth management products and services, including deposits, investments, loans, and insurance.
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial planning and tailored solutions to clients.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and product developments to effectively advise clients.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present client proposals, reports, and other relevant documentation accurately and professionally.
- Participate in client events and networking activities to expand client base and enhance brand visibility.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the wealth management or private banking sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of various financial products, including investment vehicles, insurance, and lending solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional certifications such as Single License (or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is required.
