Job summary

Provide comprehensive financial advisory and portfolio management for Upper Affluent/Wealth customers across investment, protection, deposit, and lending solutions to support holistic Financial Well-Being. Build and deepen 360-degree customer relationships through tailored, value-added engagements that align short, medium, and long-term financial goals.

Job description

  • Fully competent in giving financial advice to Upper Affluent/wealth customer on Bank's products and services (Investment/Protection/Deposit/Lending) and delivering Financial Well Being.
  • Professionally manage the customer's financial portfolio to achieve the goal and to fulfill the objective by balancing return, expense, risk, and liquidity in short/medium/long tern plan.
  • Continuously develop and deepen the 360-degree relationship with the assigned group of customers by providing a regular value-added engagement to individual/family.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance or other Business Administration.
  • IC complex 1 license qualification will be preferred.
  • At least 2 years experience in Banking/Insurance Industries handling upper affluent customers.
  • Good personality and growth mindset.
  • Excellent skills in client relationship and development, communication, problem solving.
