We're seeking a visionary strategist and product innovator to lead the design of next-generation wealth solutions, including unit-linked, index-linked, annuity, and endowment products.
As Product Architect, you will originate new ideas, craft compelling product concepts, and shape a 3-year product pipeline. You'll synthesize global trends, actuarial insights, and stakeholder needs into strategies that are both innovative and commercially viable.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Product Innovation & Strategy
- Develop innovative life insurance products (unit-linked, index-linked, annuity, endowment) and a 3-year product pipeline.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps.
- Apply actuarial insights to ensure commercial viability.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather feedback from sales teams and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate ideation sessions and build alignment across actuarial, distribution, marketing, and operations.
3. Strategic Communication
- Create compelling, data-driven narratives for C-suite presentations.
- Influence decisions through clear, persuasive storytelling.
4. Execution Leadership
- Drive cross-functional product development from concept to launch.
- Manage timelines, risks, and ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or MBA preferred and Actuarial training or certification (partial or full) is a strong advantage
- 815 years in life insurance, wealth management, or consulting, with a focus on product innovation, strategy, or proposition development
- Exposure to global markets and product structures is highly valued
- Deep understanding of unit linked, index-linked, annuity, and endowment products
- Strong actuarial intuition and financial product design skills
- Familiarity with market research, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking
- Ability to lead without authority and influence diverse stakeholders
- Go-getter attitude with strong ownership and execution drive
