You own RAVIPA.com as a sales channel. Your mandate is simple and commercial: grow website revenue — in Thailand and internationally. You are the trader of our Shopify store: you decide what customers see, how products are merchandised, what offers run, and which international markets we push — and you are measured on the revenue that results.
What You'll Own
1. Website revenue growth
- Own the weekly trading rhythm: revenue vs. target, conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), traffic × CR × AOV decomposition, and funnel drop-off analysis in GA4 / Shopify Analytics.
- Run a continuous conversion-rate optimization program: form hypotheses, ship A/B tests across PDPs, collections, cart, and checkout, and read out results — then lock in the winners.
- Lift AOV through merchandising: collection curation, bundling, gift sets, cross-sell/upsell placements, free-shipping thresholds, and a clean path to checkout.
2. International expansion
- Set up and optimize international selling on Shopify Markets / Managed Markets: multi-currency and localized pricing, translated storefronts, local payment methods, duties/taxes and landed-cost display, and market-appropriate shipping options.
- Prioritize which markets to push using traffic, conversion, and margin data — and build the localization roadmap (language, pricing, payment, promo calendar) per market.
- Own the international post-purchase experience with our ops/3PL partners: shipping SLAs, tracking, and returns — so cross-border customers buy with confidence.
3. The store itself (hands-on)
- Own store setup end-to-end: theme, apps, navigation, product and collection pages, content blocks, imagery, pricing, and launch execution for new collections and drops.
- QA everything customer-facing before it goes live; write clear tickets/specs for developer or agency partners when changes need code.
- Own site health: speed, uptime, checkout integrity, mobile experience, and SEO hygiene (implement changes correctly and protect rankings — SEO strategy sits with the SEO specialist).
4. Promotions & campaigns
- Own the website promo calendar: seasonal sales, discount codes, gifting, and launch campaigns — planned, built, QA'd, and launched on time, every time.
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing, CRM/Email-LINE, and Brand so what's promoted in ads and messages matches what's live on site.
