Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web Support Assistant specializing in Web and Graphic Design, based in vibrant Bangkok City, Thailand. The Web Support Assistant will assist in maintaining and updating the company's websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. This role also includes creating visually engaging graphic designs, managing e-commerce functionalities, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate compelling web content. The position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing digital assets. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with both websites and visual design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Web Design and Web Content Writing
• Knowledge and experience in E-Commerce systems and platforms (Shopify, CMS, or similar)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Knowledge and understanding of HTML and website structure.
• Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus)
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and software
• Previous experience in fashion or retail industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
