Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup and Management:

-Configure and manage all aspects of marketing promotions, including discount codes, flash sales, bundle deals, markdowns, and gift with purchase (GWP) pairings.

-Set up and manage campaign promotions across website, mobile app, and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).

-Implement and manage product SKUs, collections, highlight products, and promotional banners. -Configure and manage limitations and sell conditions for promotions.

-Setup and manage all payment gateway related operations.

-Manage and implement product badges (e.g., New, Sale, Best Seller) across all platforms.

Platform Management:

-Ensure seamless integration and functionality of marketing promotions across all platforms, including website, mobile app, marketplaces, and POS systems.

-Manage and update website and app content related to marketing campaigns.

-Configure and manage membership programs and privilege systems.

Order Monitoring and Support:

-Monitor order placement during promotional periods to ensure smooth processing and identify any technical issues.

-Provide technical support to marketing and customer service teams related to campaign setup and order processing.

Technical Implementation:

-Implement and manage all technical aspects of marketing promotions, including website updates, API integrations, and data feeds.

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign setup and execution.

-Work with the development team to implement new marketing features.

Cross-Platform Consistency:

-Ensure all marketing promotions are consistent across websites, mobile apps, marketplaces, and POS systems.

Marketing Automation Support:

-Support the integration of marketing automation systems with the website and other platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in webmaster or e-commerce operations role.

Proven experience in setting up and managing marketing promotions across multiple platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

Experience with mobile app management and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
