Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phuket for a Wedding Sales & Event Manager at Autograph Collection. The Wedding Sales & Event Manager will manage all aspects of wedding planning and execution, from initial client consultations to ensuring events run smoothly on the day. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with the sales, catering, and operations teams to guarantee seamless event fulfillment and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Event Management and Planning skills, including the ability to organize and execute wedding events with attention to detail.
• Sales and Relationship-Building skills, ensuring strong client connections and the ability to upsell services.
• Budget Management and Negotiation skills to efficiently allocate resources and manage vendor contracts.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client visions.
• Problem-Solving and Time-Management abilities to manage multiple tasks and address challenges effectively during events.
• Proficiency in event management software, CRM tools, and other relevant technology.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or event planning industry, preferably in luxury or high-end wedding venues.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
