As a Welcome & Service Employee at Club Med Phuket, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. You will contribute to creating a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience for every guest.
Job Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide resort information.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer assistance with luggage, transfers, and general inquiries.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Provide detailed information about resort facilities, activities, excursions, and dining options.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the welcome and lobby areas.
- Assist with guest departure procedures, including check-out and farewell.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., F&B, Accommodation, Sports) to ensure seamless guest service.
- Actively participate in Club Med entertainment and activities when required, embodying the G.O. spirit.
- Adhere to all Club Med policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a guest-facing role, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and adapt to a dynamic resort environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, Thai, Mandarin) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- A passion for travel, culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
