The Wellness and Spa Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the Wellness and Spa department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. The position leads and develops the team, manages financial performance, maintains quality and safety standards, drives wellness programs and promotions, and ensures the department achieves the hotel's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Wellness and Spa operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Wellness and Spa team to achieve high performance.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, promotions, and wellness programs.
- Monitor departmental budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Develop and implement new wellness experiences and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and staffing requirements.
