Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Consultation

Welcome and guide guests through the resort's wellness services, treatments, and packages.

Conduct pre-arrival assessments or in-person consultations, including Nutrition Consultations and Wellness Consultations, to identify guest needs and goals.

Create and tailor personalized agendas, adapting them throughout the stay as needed.

Recommend retreat packages and programs that may include fitness classes, spa treatments, nutrition guidance, and clinical therapies.

Follow up regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.

Sales & Program Booking

Promote wellness services, retreats, and retail products aligned with guest interests.

Handle and coordinate bookings across Le Spa, Stay Fit, and Stay Well accurately and efficiently.

Support department revenue targets through upselling and raising awareness of services.

Community & Social Experiences

Lead at least two wellness outings per week (e.g., Big Buddha climb, sunset beach walk) to enrich the retreat experience and encourage social interaction.

Join two community dinners and two community lunches per week, creating opportunities for connection (participation optional for guests).

Foster a sense of community by encouraging wellness guests to share, connect, and build meaningful relationships.

Operational & Administrative Support

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all treatments, classes, schedules, equipment, and team expertise.

Coordinate seamlessly with spa therapists, fitness trainers, clinic staff, F&B, and front office to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Manage guest files, intake forms, and ensure confidentiality of health and wellness data.

Support the Wellness Manager in implementing new initiatives, retreats, or promotions.

Quality & Service Standards

Deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to every guest.

Maintain a calm, caring presence when handling wellness-related questions or concerns.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or certification in Wellness, Health Coaching, or a related field.

23 years of experience in wellness advising, health coaching, or related roles.

Background in holistic health, fitness, nutrition, or therapeutic practices preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills.

Ability to understand guest needs and recommend personalized wellness-based solutions.

Knowledge of wellness modalities including fitness, spa, nutrition, and mental wellbeing.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Positive, empathetic, and professional with a guest-first mindset.

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
