Performance & Longevity Coach
We're building a team of high-energy, detail-oriented coaches who can deliver a premium, seamless experience while guiding members through NOVA's protocols.
This role blends presence, care, and precision you'll be leading sessions, supporting members, and ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional.
What You'll Do
- Guide members through NOVA's recovery experiences (sauna, cold plunge, compression, red light)
- Create a welcoming, elevated environment where members feel both energised and supported
- Help members understand their recovery and build confidence in the process
- Deliver sessions with attention to detail and consistency
- Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a tight-knit team culture
- Work closely with the team to continuously improve the experience
Who You Are
- Naturally warm, engaging, and confident people trust you quickly
- Strong communicator with a calm, clear presence
- Interested in health, fitness, and wellbeing (background in fitness, yoga, pilates, or wellness is a plus)
- Detail-oriented you notice the small things others miss
- Enjoy working in a beautiful, structured, team-driven environment
- Reliable, polished, and take pride in how you present yourself
- Thai speaker with good English (or vice versa)
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience in boutique fitness, pilates studios, or premium wellness spaces
- Familiarity with recovery tools or wearables like WHOOP Strap 4.0
- Background in customer-facing roles (hospitality, studios, clinics)
